PRIVACY NOTICE REGARDING THE PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by TİS DEPREM TEKNOLOJİLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. (“the Company”) in its capacity as the data controller.

Purpose of the Notice

This Information Notice has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the KVKK to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data is processed, the methods by which it is collected, the legal grounds for processing, to whom and for what purposes it may be transferred, and your rights as listed in Article 11 of the KVKK.

Depending on the relationship established with the Company, the following personal data may be processed:

• Request and application information,

• Website usage data,

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• To respond to your requests and inquiries,

• To provide information regarding products and services,

• To analyze website performance,

• To fulfill obligations arising from relevant legislation.

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the KVKK:

• Where based on the legitimate interests of the data controller. In cases requiring explicit consent, data processing activities are carried out solely based on your explicit consent.

Transfer of Personal Data

• Authorized public institutions and organizations,

• Service providers from whom services are obtained and who are subject to confidentiality obligations, in accordance with Article 8 of the KVKK.

Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the periods specified in the relevant legislation or for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing; upon the expiration of this period, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

Data Subject Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to inquire whether your personal data is being processed, to request its correction, deletion, or destruction, and to exercise other rights enumerated in the Law. You may submit your requests to the Company in writing or through the methods prescribed by the KVKK.
