TIS Technological Isolation Systems
T-SPD (TİS Seismic Protection Deck) floor and equipment isolation systems are designed to protect non-structural elements, equipment, or assets within a building from the destructive effects of earthquakes.
Unlike seismic isolator systems, these systems are mounted directly to the targeted area or equipment rather than the entire structure; they stand out for their compact design and application flexibility. This solution can also be configured as a seismic performance-focused raised floor system depending on the application type, providing both vibration control and infrastructure organization advantages, particularly in technical spaces.
It has been developed to ensure the safety of sensitive equipment such as vibration-sensitive devices used in computer cabinets, data centers, laboratories, and hospitals, archive shelves, and museum artifacts.
In projects where the entire floor needs to be protected, the system integrates with a raised floor infrastructure that operates through modular panels and adjustable support feet, providing homogeneous seismic performance across large areas. This allows for both point isolation at the equipment level and comprehensive floor isolation in areas requiring operational continuity under a single engineering approach.
