Balıkesir 400 Bed State Hospital

Balıkesir State Hospital is a 400-bed state hospital that will serve the city of Balıkesir. The structure, which features a reinforced concrete load-bearing system, was designed as a seismically isolated system; the superstructure is isolated from seismic effects at the foundation level through the use of seismic isolators. TİS Teknolojik İzolatör Sistemleri A.Ş. was responsible for the design, production, and installation of the seismic isolators that make up the project’s seismic isolation system.
